Improved upgrade experience: Starting with this flight, built-in apps (e.g., Get Office, Candy Crash, News, Finance) that you have previously uninstalled will no longer re-install when you apply a new big update. Improved PIN sign-in: Windows 10 will now let you type a PIN password whether you have the Num Lock turn on or off. Microsoft Edge gets Snooze feature: You can now right-click an open tab and select the Snooze option to create a reminder from a website you’re viewing. This is a good feature for those users who often open multiple tabs and they don’t close it until they complete a particular task. This is exactly the same thing as sharing a web page and using the Cortana Reminder option. Microsoft Edge Favorites improvements: Starting with this new flight, you can not only import bookmarks from different web browser, but you can also import and export favorites as HTML files.

Known issue for Windows 10 Mobile build 14926
Handsets such as the Lumia 650 will fail to install this flight with a 0x80188308-error. Action Center may not close correctly in certain scenarios. Mobile hotspot will work the first time, but second attempt will fail until the device is rebooted. Certain devices may not see the PIN-pad to unlock the phone. SIM-cards may not be recognized by some devices.
