KB4100375 bumps the build number to 17133.73, and according to the company, the update delivers fixes for Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, and it also patches security vulnerabilities on many of the operating system components. This release marks the first quality update that Windows 10 version 1803 receives, but unfortunately, it appears that we’ll have to wait a little longer for official release of the Spring Creators Update, as the update is only available for Insiders, and Microsoft continues to test the operating system.

Microsoft has announced KB4100375 in the Windows blog, and it’s referred as “Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.17133.73).” If you’re already running the Windows 10 version 1803 on your PC, this update will only address this issue:
